ADIX HEALTHCARE GmbH came into being after the share sale of the shares of the sole shareholder Arthur Müller. He was founder, board member and GmbH managing director of ACA Müller ADAG Pharma AG und GmbH.

On March 1st, 2019, he sold his sole share in the company to the Canadian investor FCC (stands for Franchise Cannabis Corp.) for a double-digit million amount. No prohibition of competition or competition was expressly agreed with the investor. Rather, an express agreement to continue working in the same line of business with ADIX-Pharma GmbH, later converted to ADIX HEALTHCARE GmbH. ADIX works closely with ACA Pharma GmbH, based in Hilzingen.
